📦 What's in Bookiversum boxes?
Each box is a carefully selected set of books (typically 3-4 books) and accessories that create a complete reading experience: bookmarks, cards, small gifts, sensory and aesthetic elements. Everything is hand-packed in Krakow, with attention to the smallest detail.
📚 How do you choose your books?
We select our books personally, not through algorithms. We look for stories that complement each other, creating a cohesive set and a distinct little world. We keep track of new releases in Poland and abroad. We read all books and check reviews and reader opinions.
🎁 Can I order a box as a gift?
Yes! Simply provide the recipient's shipping address when ordering. Each box is packaged in a way that makes it perfect for a gift. If you'd like to include a personalized message, please contact us at info@bookiversum.com immediately after placing your order.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier, typically 1-2 days to Poland and 3-5 days abroad. During holiday periods, delivery times may be longer.
📬 Can I change my delivery address?
Yes—if the package hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@bookiversum.com.
🔄 Can I return or exchange a product?
You have 30 days to return an unused product. If the book arrives damaged, we'll replace it.
📦 Can I order a subscription?
Yes! A subscription is a monthly or quarterly literary ritual—you receive our selected books and supplements delivered directly to your door or to your favorite parcel locker. After receiving and paying for the first two boxes, you can pause or cancel it at any time.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments, BLIK, instant transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.
🏢 Do you prepare boxes for businesses?
Yes—we create gift sets for employees, clients, and business partners. We can prepare larger quantities, personalize the content, and add company branding.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order. Details can be found in our shipping policy.
